All are very comfortable for me, and I have big hands, too.
+1. I fell in love with the SCR-5 levers because of the comfort the hoods afford. They're a bit wider and a bit more squared off at the top, which fits my big hands perfectly. If you don't mind the slightly more modern look, I definitely recommend 'em.
