Has anyone had experience of using the BC scrap-it program, specifically the transit pass + bike option (options 3 or 4 here:
http://www.scrapit.ca/incentivechoices.htm). What I'd like to find out is if the bike portion can only be applied to the purchase of a new bike or if it can be used e.g. for parts upgrades?
