I haven't seen the repop Raleigh Chopper, but Schwinn has a new repop 5-speed Grey Ghost that has a Sturmey Archer hub and shifter. I have the '04 coaster Grey Ghost and it looks pretty decent. Kind of a funky seat on both the GG and Chopper though. Wish they would have made them more to spec.
