You could probably follow the state bike route "S" most of the way:
http://www.dot.state.pa.us/BIKE/WEB/tour_routes.htm. You would veer north when you get close to New Hope and then head up to Flemington. The route you have from Stockton to Flemington is probably ok, but there are many rural roads in the area that you could use to avoid traffic.
