My neighbor knew some people from Parkpre in the early 90's and they made some quality steel framesets. I believe he rode a Parkpre mountainbike before Fat Chance and then later Cannondale picked him up for sponsorship in downhill racing. Still, his sister got Parkpre frame with Prestige tubing, and they did a nice custom paint job for her (white with pink and baby blue splatters iirc). The next year, the team I started racing on was sponsored by Parkpre. My teammate (we were juniors) was given a Prestige frame to race on, but he wasn't too happy with how flimsy it rode compared to his Colnago (Masterlight?).

I didn't hear anything of the company after that, except for a few used bikes for sale, until a couple of years ago when I saw someone doing our local hammer ride on a full carbon Parkpre with Parkpre plastered all over his jersey and shorts. It looks like a nice frame.
