I have the Crank Brothers palm sized model(clear) It is an amazing pump for it's size. I used it twice last year with 700x23 tires and it got me home from about 10 miles and 20 miles.
I'll guess that I got about 80 lbs. air pressure with not too much effort.
I also have the ToPeak Road Morph pump; which morphs into a floor pump. It has a air gauge and will pump to much higher pressure.
I carry everything in a messenger bag and only caged water bottles on the bicycle.
