I don't know, Kreuzinger would have to jump his own teammate, Nibali. I think him being a minute behind Schleck is trouble. But both them could catch Andy while he's to focused on the GC battle.
You're right about the KOM. There's going to be a lot of attacks and breakaway attempts. It will probably come down to stage 20 and Mt. Ventoux. Although stage 17 has three cat 1 climbs. Lots of points that day.
