Sometimes when I don't want to ride, I remember the alternative is spending time with my wife and listening to her tell me all the things that need done around the house. Almost always that is enough to get me out the door on a ride (sometimes below freezing at night).
More seriously though, I know I ride a lot more because I ride with a group that meets at the same place at the same time every week and it has become part of my routine. Maybe there is a group or club you could ride with-it just seems a lot easier to ride when it is scheduled instead of whenever you can fit it in.
