Comfort comes from several things and I would not just put it down to the fork. The 25 tyres at a low PSI will probably be one of the main reasons- and at your weight- no problem on going to 23's and still keep a low PSI.

The creak on 2 o'clock on the cranks could be a loose Bottom bracket or cranks not tight enough.

Those bars do look low- even for me so think about getting a higher rise stem to raise the bars. But before you do- Practice getting into the drop position. It does take some getting used to and took me a full 6 months before I was comfortable there. The low stem may be a reason for the legs hitting the chest- but I had this on a bike with the cranks being too long

So ride more- get used to the bike and think about that stem.

Edit---Looked at the pics and you can raise your existing stem by flipping it over- it is at the lower position now.
