In addition to making frames, Cinelli made bottom brackets. Lots of them. They were used by hundreds of different framebuilders all over the world.
Those are two nice photos, but it's almost suspicious that he shows only those very small bits of the bike. He may have an excellent frame but is ignorant of its actual worth so sticks the parts with the well known names out there. Or it could be a pile of junk and those are the only bits that look good.
