Embarrassing inconvenience

I have been logging 150-200 miles per week for the past 1 year and since doing so, I have been fighting with painful boils in my perineal/saddle area. Sitting in hot bath water and doing warm soaks about 3 times a day helps, but I'm looking for a way to keep from getting these carbuncles in the first place. I use the Chamois butter and wear clean riding pants every single time that I ride....so does any one else suffer from this condition? If so....any suggestions or remedies? Apparently this is a subject that one would be too embarrassed to discuss, but I've got to think that I am not the only person suffering from this condition!?
