Hey guys and gals. I'm Ernie, 49 and living in Elk Grove, just south of Sacramento. I got into road cycling a few months ago after riding mostly mountain bikes for the last 20 years or so. I'm riding about 3-4 days a week, mostly along the rural roads south of Elk Grove, along the delta or along the American River Bike trail.
