Plus, is that link actually saying a relieved saddle causes this problem? It's not clear FWIW.

It's also hard to trust learned opinions by PhDs with Internet names rather than real names, like real scientists use. Leads one to recall the old saw; PhD stands for "piled higher and deeper," at least in this case.

Not a real credible presentation of a problem, as far as I can see.
