I have the Specialized Body Geometry on one of my bikes. Bought it when it first came out. I wasn't getting numb nuts, but figured it was cheap insurance, all things considered. Funny thing is, I don't find it very comfortable compared to other seats I've had. It's too wide in the back. Since I didn't have any problems to begin with, seems kind of like a waste of money.
The seat I like the best, and which is one the bike I ride the most, is the Selle Italia Flite Ti. Very comfortable. Narrow, no cut outs. Highly recommended.
If you want one with cut outs, I would recommend the WTB's seats w/ the drop nose.
