weird noise from front wheel

I have noticed lately a weird noise from the front wheel. I have had some work done on my bike, new chain and some other stuff. And I got a new set of tires, Kevlar (belt & bead). The noise sounds metallic. Like something metallic is rubbing. It's in particular noticeable when riding the bike and moving the tire quickly from left to right. The front wheel isn't that complex (even for a novice like myself), and I looked at everything that I could think of... in particular if the brakes rub against anything. If stopped and I turn the wheels freely I don't hear the noise. Any idea what that could be? Is it the kevlar in the tires? Anybody else noticed this? - Thanks!
