I have been riding with my SPDs about a week now and I have fallen twice.
Once, I unclipped on the left but leaned to the right. The next time I couldn't decide if I was going to stop or turn. While in my quandary I came to a stop and fell over to the left. So, I am equally bruised in body and ego. But that being said--I really like them!!
