Question on a Convoluted Frankenstein Drivetrain Upgrade

I'm upgrading an online acquisition from a 8 speed Shimano 600/older Dura Ace drivetrain to a 10 speed setup and want to make sure my plans for upgrading are sound because there's some funky aspects to it. I've checked on here and think I'm okay but I'm not the best at wrenching.

Here's my setup as it currently stands:

Shimano 600 Shifters
7700 FD
7700 RD
7410 Crankset
Unknown 8 Speed Casette I think Hyperglide

I'm planning to go to this:

Shimano 6603 Shifters
7700 FD
7700 RD
7410 Crankset
PG-1070 12-26 Cassette

Obviously chain will change from 8 to 10 speed.

Here are my two points of concern that I think are OK but want to double check:

1) Using the 6603 that I acquired on a double crankset having one clock "feather"
2) Using 7410 with a 10 speed drivetrain
3) Will the new cassette will fit my current older Mavic Cosmic Elite rear hub/freewheel body?

Thanks in advance.
