Late this afternoon I rode 15-ish miles (flat, Ken, :lol) to ride a 10 mi. time trial practice. I'll get the results back tomorrow or Friday. I'm hoping for a sub-30 but have no idea -- had some wind and just kept hammering.
The ride home was almost more painful due to the head/crosswinds howling.
I was pretty tired by the time I got home and was really happy to stretch, eat dinner, and relax.
42 miles in all, pancake-flat and full of hard efforts. Whew. I need sleep, now.
