Specialized Taho. Great shoes, but the footbed didn't quite work for me so I had to rebay them.
Most companies make shoes in this category. It's mostly about what fits your feet the best.
I've personally ruled out a number of brands, including Shimano, Sidi, Northwave and Specialized (very close but not quite right.
Diadora shoes are great for flat feet. Hard to find though.
On my list of things to try are LG and Lake.
