You're talking about bar ends like on a MTB right? I've never seen any. Custom made could get pricey. Road drop bars are a larger diameter. I would suggest clamp-on aero bars (tri-bars) of some sort. I ve tried these on occasion for additional hand positions. Was O.K. but I always seemed to go back to plain ol' drop bars eventually.
