It's a screen capture of my rides from BiM (see my sig below). BiM captures all of those stats for me using the GPS in my cell phone.
My morning commute to work on the bike has 1,200ft of climbing every day:

On the weekends, I tend to ride with the DC Randonneurs. They do century rides on Saturday and Sunday. Many times I do both rides with them. They have at least 4,000ft of climbing, minimum, with many in the 6,000-8,000 ft range.
