That does sound like what you'd expect to feel from residual permethrin spray... but according to
their website, Gainesville Mosquito Control hasn't been doing any adulticiding lately.
I haven't been in Gainesville since Saturday, so I didn't experience this myself. At what time and place did this happen? (Was this near the propane company on Archer Road, by any chance?
