Interesting. generally bikes are ridden on roads so a lot of what should be in general cycling is in the road
biking forum which should be for race or training. Going fast on fast bikes, that's road cycling to me.
I agree with Bokes, that hybrids would fit more in recreation than general cycling, but I also agree with 65er, that hybrids are general purpose. You won't win a race on one, but mine can go fast (road wheels) and carry a big load, but not both at the same time.
