Individuals who find it necessary to demean others are typically extremely insecure themselves. Sometimes I may for an instant... just an instant feel sorry for those individuals, but really pity doesn't move anyone forward.
Reaction is what they are looking for so I try not to indulge them.
Congratulations for getting back out there! Take pride in every mile, every ride...especially on those days when it's the last thing you want to do. I find those days to be the most rewarding
