started the summer at 239 (may 27th) now at 213. biking at least 5 miles every other day, playing a lil kickball, and now can jog a few blocks with my dog. i have not been below 200 since 1997 and i can almost see it. i lost 115 3 years ago just by diet but plateaued in the 230's. i've eaten the same and never lost anymore. i'm so glad i've discovered biking again. its just so fun and i'm sweating the fat away.
