That's the reason I do all my own stuff. Everything but removal of the BB cause I don't have the tool.

MY bud took his roadie in, two new tubes and a $30 tire. Installed, $79 out the door!

I build my own wheels for free. No need to pay someone to true them. It's so easy, I cant figure out why someone would pay.

$2.99 gets me thicker tubes at Sport Chalet. They are thicker cuse they are generic. I doubt the $12 LBS heavy duty tubes work any better. Funny, if you want thinner tubes, the LBS will charge you more. If you want thicker tubes, the LBS will charge you more!
