Oh yeah.. that's why I do this!!

I've found myself occasionally getting carried away with banter here and elsewhere about how far we go, how fast, how high, etc. but for me that's really not the point of all this.

Went to the doctor today to get a thingy on my inner thigh looked at (cyst -- a not so good thing that comes with cycling apparently).

While there discussed my BP / BP meds and weight. My BP is down to 100/64. Doc is cutting my BP med dose down and said I may be able to come off it! Also, said that this would actually make my HR more responsive during hard efforts while cycling.. no idea how that works, but it sounded good.

Getting ready for a ride right now and looking at my HRM while I type this note.. 48 (a bit over half what it was a year ago!!). Nice.

Cycling is cool. Time to go for a pedal.
