Thanks MikeM21. One of my earlier failures when I started in November was not setting any goals and found it was easier to not ride as to ride. This carried on in 2009. So, when August got here I knew I was not going to be out of town on vacation and made it the month of dedication. Since everyone seems to shoot for 100 miles per week I thought I would set mine at 400 for the month (same thing except I liked the idea of a monthly goal.) I hope I can keep this pace up in September and following months since here in Arkansas one can ride nearly 12 months out of the year.
