Quick update. Tried a new shop that sells and services higher end bikes (some 10,000+). They looked at the wheel and retensioned it for $15 on the spot. Quick 8 mile ride when I got home and still tru. This may not solve everything, but it may time will tell. All I know is for now it is cheaper and quicker and works better with my schedule. Got to love being a poor teacher haha.
