The next time you do some hiking and need to carry water bottles, just wear a bike jersey. I finished a bike ride in Arches National Park and just left my jersey on to hike around. It made carrying stuff pretty easy in the bike pockets. A fellow stopped me on the trail and thought it was a great idea! Obviously he was a cyclist.
I didn't have the heart to tell him that I had left my Tshirt back at the hotel.......
