off and on j/r; was up to 500 at one time; doing 100 before riding just for kicks lately; using weighted adidas rope - pretty good rope; also doing pushups; situps; pullups; tabata intervals; weight lifting; core exercises; mostly riding; sprinkling in this other stuff when i feel like it
