I restored our 1873 house, but I have never restored an old bike before. I do have some of the chrome parts soaking in vinegar (see if it works).

I am at a loss as to what to do to treat the rust on the painted surfaces. HELP HELP HELP!!!

Bill where in the NC mtns are you? We used to have a place up in Franklin.
