Down to 245 1/4 this week, so I lost a lb and a half from last week's 2 lb gain. Back on the right track!
Had a nice 26 mile ride on Sunday. Rode really hard and fast. Had the average up to over 18mph for a while. Felt great.
Focus remains the diet. I have been having a harder and harder time eating healthy. It's just not as fun as it was earlier this year.
I've got to try to remember that food is just my fuel!
