Actually, if its 6 speed it could just as well be a freewheel.That could also apply to a cheap current 7 speed too.If it'sd a real cheapie it may even have bolt on axels. This guy ought to take it to a LBS that isn't populated by nose pickers and find out what he's got before throwing money down a rathole.
