Great Divide - Chaco Alternative camping?
I'm currently riding the Great Divide Route in New Mexico and have to take the "Chaco" alternative because of some closure.
Is anybody familiar with camping or lodging along this route?
There really aren't any towns of any size on Highway 197 or 509 between Cuba and Grants.
Any suggestions are appreciated (including primitive/dispersed camping).
