i appreciate the help. it'll be the future fad. instead of turning 70s/80s road bikes into fixies and single speeds, ppl are going to start doing it with hybrids! =P
Really easy to convert. You need a cog and spacer kit and a chain tensioner. Done. My other hybrid is a 2 speed.
