Thanks for all your responses. Here are a few more photos that may help. It does have a strong similarity to the pop brennan, but the detailing seems to be somewhat less concerted. You can see the top fillet has a little asymmetry, and with visible file marks at the brazing surface. What astounds me is how light the bike is - with wheels, only 19 lbs!
