It definitely not a 900 series frame. The lugs, brake bridge, dropouts, and stay ends are all wrong for that. 600 series is much more plausible. Don't be mislead by the "EX" sticker -- that was likely placed long after the frame left the factory. I have a few of them here, in fact...
