Fenders for an Electra Townie?
Is there any reason I can't just slap in a nice set of 60mm aluminum fenders from Velo Orange on a 26" Townie? Looking at the pics on Electra's site, it =looks= like a set of bog-standard 26" fenders, albeit wide enough to swallow the 26x2.00 tires, tho the site says they won't fit any other bike but the Townie. I know that's not true for the front - it's a rather universal-looking Sunrace suspension fork - but would I be in for a lot of trouble trying to get it to fit out back with the standard hardware?
