For those of you who are addicted to Coke, it is the High Fructose Corn Syrup in it that will cause you problems in the future.. If you want to continue drinking Coke, go to a Hispanic grocery store and look for Mexican Coke.. Better taste and they use cane sugar instead of HFC Syrup.. You will be amazed at how much better it tastes.. Pepsi has also come out with Pepsi Natural that uses real sugar and they had some out a few months ago called Pepsi Throwback that used real sugar and will be back out in December..
I am not advocating that you keep drinking them in large quantities but just make a better choice..
