Both of the bikes are essentially re-badged Dahons. Dahon licenses their tech to other companies. REI's folding bike (Buzz Flyby?) is also a Dahon in disguise.
The entire Breezer line of bikes are just rebadged bikes. The i3 is, I think, an Oyama. I can't recall who makes the itzy.
