Some pictures after the mess of the first race. We had to spend 1.5 minutes spiraling around the inside of a sloppy, wet baseball diamond with it's clay/sand/muddy mud. $ laps took it's toll and added 25 pounds exactly to my bike's weight.
You can hardly tell (except for the patch of red on the bottom right of the rear tire) but those tires had red sidewalls.
My new bashguard... oh wait! that's mud! And that used to be a Sram Red crank
My rear wheel came loose in a jump, and this is how it ended up. Now my brakes are out of whack, too.
Did you have any troubles clipping in with mud-caked cleats with the crank brothers pedals?
