I have quit 7 Months ago . lost 35lbs from 280lbs -245 lbs cycle 40 miles a week one 20 mile ride on the weekends and two 10 mile rides during the week. Not alot next to some but alot better than none.
You are doing good .Peter take one step at a time when riding know your limits. a good site that helped me stop smoking was whyquit.com
