It's too bad that a lot of stores deny entry if you have a folding bike.
Although, if you walk in and just put the bike down when denied access I doubt they would go through the trouble to move it outside. Though with an alarm it would make quite a scene if they did.

Frankly, I think I'd rather let the bike get stolen then hoist another annoyance onto society. Car alarms should be outlawed as is, so the last thing we need is more alarms.
