I had to pass on a Schwinn World Sport, late 80s Black chromoly, all there. It was in a dumpster and as I started to fish it out, an attendant informed me that if I pulled it out it would cost me $250 in fines, and I still wouldn't get the bike. So a beautiful bike gets ground up.
