OK My weight is ok - not as scary as i have seen it lately...180. Today I hit the gym for a 3 mile run. Why does that seem harder than a 100 mile bike ride???
OK - Goals - Drink more water and less food. Hit Subway on Wed evening....

Thurs - Run and Weights
Fri - Ride
Sat & Sun- Away for weekend with new guy (who knew?) and likely hiking in the woods....
