OK Gang - Where is everyone? Cme on in and report in on your goals for the week. This travelling must be good for me -dropped 3 lbs since Monday - YAY!! I went running - 3 miles...OY VEY! and did another intense cardio day and weights after the run.
ANyho hope I am able to be sane this weekend - as I am going away and am a bit nervous about it - so hopefully wll not eat too badly.
