which cartridge BB ?

The stock BB on my fuji track is shot. Any suggestion for a cartridge BB (under 50$ if possible) ?
Shimano or Sugino ?
Campy and Phil's are a bit pricey...
By the way, the current is 68x114, giving me an odd chainline of 47mm. So anything narrower than 114mm is already an improvement.
