Small is a 54.5cm toptube. M is a 56.5m. I'm 5'9" I'd be riding a small, as I ride a 54-55cm top tube and have a 1" longer inseam than you. Looking at numbers and knowing my sizing I'd say you're a S.
Standover is 30.3 versus 31.5 on the two bikes also.
