What are the advantages and disadvantages of an intigrated BB?
What are the advantages and disadvantages of an intigrated BB? How are the Shimano BB's interms of resistance to dirt, grit and water? Are they easy to replace?
And lastly, do the cranks that use them have threads on the crank arm where I could mount a chainguard? Thanks.
